How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active. You can also track your order through the Order Tracking page.

Who pays the return shipping costs?
If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, non-compliant, or sent in error, Klay Kicks will provide a prepaid return label or another suitable return solution. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later?
