Every product undergoes a multi-point inspection before it is listed on our site and again before it is dispatched to a customer. If any product fails any stage of this process, it is rejected and returned to the supplier.

If you receive a product from Klay Kicks that you believe to be inauthentic, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will:

  • Arrange a free return collection at our expense.
  • Conduct a thorough re-inspection of the product.
  • Issue a full refund or replacement if the product is confirmed inauthentic.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
