  • Arrange a free return collection at our expense.
  • Conduct a thorough re-inspection of the product.
  • Issue a full refund or replacement if the product is confirmed inauthentic.

This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
