  • Condition Not worn outdoors, with the original tags, labels, accessories and branded shoe box. Place the shoe box inside outer packaging.
  • How to return Email help@klaykicks.co.uk with your order number and the reason. We reply with the return instructions and address.
  • Return postage For a change of mind, the customer arranges and pays for the return. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we provide a prepaid label or other suitable return solution.
  • Refunds Approved refunds are normally processed within 5 to 7 working days, to the original payment method. No restocking fee.

Tracked Delivery

All orders are shipped with tracking, so you can follow your pair from dispatch to your door. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

  • Dispatch Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, at weekends or on bank holidays start processing on the next working day.
  • Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and tracking link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active.
  • If it is late If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, email help@klaykicks.co.uk with your order number. We investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
