Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Every order is sent fully tracked so you can follow it every step of the way.

Yes. We ship across the UK, Europe, and internationally. Shipping is calculated at checkout: Free UK delivery on orders over £120, with EU and international rates shown before you pay. Any import duties or taxes outside the UK are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are processed and dispatched from our UK facility within 1 to 2 working days. During busy periods or major releases, processing may take slightly longer, and we appreciate your patience.

We are sorry if something is not right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will put it right with a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

We aim to dispatch quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. If your order has not yet been processed we will do our best to amend or cancel it. Once dispatched, it would need to be handled through our returns process.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little additional time to show the funds.
